FAQs

  • Can we learn to dance?

Yes! We believe everyone can dance! We make our lessons fun and never judge. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible!

  • When should we begin our first dance lessons?

It all depends on what type of dance you are looking for. If you’d like a few moves to get you comfortable and ready for the big day we recommend 1 or 2 months before the big day. If you’d like a fully choreographed dance, we recommend beginning 3-4 months or more before the big day. Regardless of when you start prepping, we will make sure your first dance expresses you as a couple and that you are comfortable and confident on your big day!

  • What types of lessons do you offer?

We offer both group lessons and private lessons. We recommend beginning with a group or introductory lesson so that you can get a feel of the studio and instructors and then continuing with private lessons.

  • Can we choose our first dance song?

Yes! We want to help you create a first dance that is unique and focuses on YOU! During lessons we will use your music to determine what moves best suit your music and individualize your first dance.

  • Can you help with parent-child dances?

Of course! The parent-child dances are one of the most touching parts of the wedding and we would love to help you create that beautiful moment.

  • We don't know where to start! Can you help us?

Absolutely! No need to panic, we are here to help you reach your first dance goal and break down the steps on the way. We individualize each dance to the couple and work with you to create a magical first dance. We are so excited to work on your first dance journey and are honored that you chose us to be a part of your wedding day.

  • What do we wear to lessons?

For the first few lessons, we recommend that you dress in comfortable clothes and shoes that you can easily move in. Once the big day gets closer, we ask that you wear your wedding shoes and outfits similar to your wedding day attire.
